Families may contact MyDeathCare about:
- unclear funeral package wording
- questions to ask before paying a deposit
- requests for checklist improvements
- correction requests about public guide content
Providers may contact MyDeathCare about:
- correcting business information
- asking how provider verification works
- asking whether MyDeathCare has stored public business contact details
- requesting that MyDeathCare remove or update private outreach records
What MyDeathCare Cannot Do
MyDeathCare cannot:
- provide emergency funeral handling
- collect payment for funeral services
- guarantee provider availability
- provide legal, medical, insurance, or religious advice
- confirm official SSM status without proper source verification
For urgent arrangements, families should contact hospitals, police, religious leaders, and funeral providers directly as appropriate for the situation.
Provider Correction Requests
If you are a provider and want to correct information, prepare:
- business trading name
- legal or registered business name, if different
- service area
- official phone or WhatsApp
- official website or social profile
- what information should be corrected
- whether MyDeathCare may store the corrected business contact for follow-up
MyDeathCare will not publish private notes without review and approval.
